Welcome to ReFly Market. By using this platform, you agree to the following terms:

1. Marketplace Role

ReFly is an online marketplace connecting buyers and sellers of fly fishing gear. ReFly acts solely as a platform and does not sell, own, inspect, or guarantee items listed for sale.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ReFly. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must:

Accurately describe item condition and provide clear photos
Ship items promptly using ReFly-provided labels
Communicate respectfully with buyers
Comply with all applicable laws, including tax obligations

4. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers must:

Review item details before purchase
Provide accurate shipping information
Communicate respectfully with sellers

5. Fees and Payments

ReFly charges an 8% marketplace fee on completed sales.
Payment processing fees may apply.
Seller payouts are processed through the ReFly payment provider in accordance with their schedule and terms.

6. Dispute Resolution

Buyers are protected if an item arrives significantly not as described in the listing.

If you believe your item was misrepresented, please contact ReFly within a reasonable timeframe after delivery to open a dispute. Our team will review the listing details, photos, and communication between buyer and seller to determine an appropriate resolution.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReFly disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including transaction disputes, lost items, or shipping issues.
