• Sellers are responsible for packaging items securely and shipping them promptly(Within 5 business days) according to the provided instructions.

• ReFly is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or items damaged during transit.

• Buyers will receive tracking information when available.

• Shipping times may vary depending on carrier performance and seller handling times.

Note: By completing a purchase, buyers acknowledge that items will be shipped by the seller using ReFly-provided labels.
