All items sold on ReFly are final sale and are not eligible for returns. Because many items are pre-owned or used, we do not offer returns for fit, preference, or change of mind.
However, buyers are protected if an item arrives significantly not as described in the listing.
If you believe your item was misrepresented, please contact ReFly within a reasonable timeframe after delivery to open a dispute. Our team will review the listing details, photos, and communication between buyer and seller to determine an appropriate resolution.
